FM350 Installation Health Check

Overview

Overall Health Status Messages:

• No_Connection - device has not connected to the cloud.
• No_Messages -
• Needs_Check - Something is out of bounds in the diagnostic check 
• Good - No issues to address

ADC Count:

• The sound wave the sensor is collecting from flow. 
• Max level should sit around 600 in a normal meter state. 
• When you re-install the device in the field, you want to see the ADC Count max out at 1000. When the device goes through its 24 hour cycle, the gain will adjust down to the expected levels for normal meter state.  
• ADC Count should be sitting with the Green bars.
• If the ADC Count sits outside of the min and max, the sensor is not receiving enough signal

Gains Checks:

• Expected Gain - This represents the anticipated gain for the pipe configuration. The actual gain may vary within a range of +/- 3 units from the expected gain.
• Max Gain - Denotes the maximum achievable gain for the designated pipe configuration. The actual gain value should not surpass or equal the specified maximum gain value.
• Time is on the X axis of the Gain Level
