BiSensor Communication Error
Check wire connections
For 2wire:
- Test voltage at the splice
- Verify Power at the Transformer: compare numbers from the two-wire terminals to the numbers from the BiSensor
For conventional wire
- Verify that the biosensor is wired to port A1, A2, B1, B2
Last resort: Carefully dig up the sensor and test at the controller
BiSensor not reporting Moisture or Temperature
- Verify that the problem actually exists
- Sometimes the customer doesn’t understand the reported value or isn’t installed correctly
- Moisture or temp reports a zero
- Check for physical damage
- Replace sensor
