Updating the Baseline controller IP address

Updated May 15, 2026 1 min read

Baseline is migrating to a new cloud provider, and as part of this transition, we are permanently changing IP addresses. If you have a controller that has not been able to reconnect following the IP address change, please review the steps below for how to get your controller back online.

For BaseStation 1000, SubStation, and FlowStation controllers:

The following instructions will configure your controller to use the new BaseManager IP:

  • Plug in power to the controller
  • From panel, navigate to System Setup > Network Setup > BaseManager Setup
  • Unselect the box, Use Alternate IP
  • Press Back, navigate to BaseManager Info
  • Press OK to connect to BaseManager

If your controller connects. You are done!

If your controller does not connect, you may be on a LAN without public DNS support. In that case:

  • Return to BaseManager Setup
  • Select “check” the box, Use Alternate IP
  • Enter the following IP address: 52.41.39.142
  • Press Back, navigate to BaseManager Info
  • Press OK to connect to BaseManager

If connectivity issues persist, your network firewall may be blocking the new IP address. Please ask your network administrator to whitelist the following IPs:

BaseManager IPs

52.41.39.142

IoT Server IPs

35.80.174.162

For BaseStation 3200 and BaseStation 3200S controllers:
