Issue: When trying to access the manage page of a controller in WeatherTrak central, You may get the following error "An Unexpected Error Occurred"
This could be due to the server has not received the controller's full configuration details.
1. See if you can load the controller's Program Page via the smart irrigation tab. If you can but are not able to reach the Manage Controller Page, attempt to "Get Configuration" from the controller in the ADMIN message menu.
If this does not resolve the issue: escalate to tier 2 as engineering may need to investigate.
2. If you cannot access the controller's Program Page or the Manage Controller Page via the smart irrigation tab, attempt to "Request Full config" from the controller in the ADMIN messages menu.
If this does not resolve the issue: escalate to tier 2 as engineering may need to investigate.
