Important!
DO NOT PERFORM on Opti Flow controllers - This will lock the display into an unusable state requiring replacement. This is specific to 8.x firmware and how it operates differently than 7.x firmware.
Performing a factory reset should be a last resort step that should NOT normally be performed. It could have unintended consequences like needing to reprogram from scratch, so we must be careful in determining that it's a justified step to take when troubleshooting.
Navigate to the Help menu > Restart Controller (page 17-03) then press + or - so that it says “Restart to Default” then press *.
