Adding a controller to BaseManager

This article explains how we can bypass the activation PIN process for Baseline controllers that allows them to be added to BaseManager. This can be useful if there is no way to acquire a PIN ( ex: Not in admin manager or when admin manager is sunset)

Hold the “BACK” key down, with the dial set to the “Advanced” position during a reboot or power up.  This will place the 3200 in the “Administrator” access level. Need more info on how to use "administrator acces"s" at controller

The admin PIN can be cleared and set to its default by holding down the “+” and “-“ keys while the controller boot screen is up. The default PIN is 0000.
