An ET Subscription Alert is an account alert, indicating that the ET Everywhere subscription has expired.
An ET Subscription Alert is noted on the display as an "SB" alert. This type of alert does not affect irrigation, and irrigation will continue as scheduled. The controller will beep every 30 seconds as a reminder to renew your subscription.
An ET Subscription Alert displays when:
- Subscription service has not been activated
- Subscription service has expired or expiration is pending
- Subscription service has been stopped
Viewing and Resolving an ET Subscription Alert
1. Press ALERTS.
2. Press the à button until the ET SUBSCRIPTION STATUS displays
3. Press SELECT to view the alert.
The display will tell you the reason for the subscription alert.
Clearing an Account Alert
Renewing the service will clear the alert.
