POC High Flow Detected

Priority:  High

Definition: The measure flow exceeded the limit that was set in the Control Point (POC).

Example:

This occurs when the flow sensor has measured flow that exceeds the limit that was set in the Control Point or Point of Connection. This can be from a break on the Mainline or the limit that was set in the POC was too low.

Action Needed: This is an alert and action 

Troubleshooting:

  • Clear the alert
  • Consider using a shutdown feature
  • Review the POC flow limits set currently 
  • Make sure there is no break currently on the Mainline
